ADMISSION POLICY AND PROCEDURE

Admission to various classes starts at the beginning of the academic session in March/April every year. Admission tests are held in Jan and Feb. Followed by an interview.

Registration For Admission

Registration Forms Registration Forms can be collected from the School Reception / downloaded from the School Website. Duly filled in Registration Forms complete in all respect must be submitted at the School Reception with the relevant documents.

Pupils applying for admission, as a rule, are subject to undergo a written test.
No pupil will be admitted without a transfer certificate from the last school attended and in no case shall a scholar be permitted to attend a class pending formal admission.

The leaving certificate of a pupil coming from a school outside the state of Uttarakhand must be countersigned by the educational authorities of the district in which the school is situated.
The minimum age required for admission in Nursery class is Three years.
Age specifications for School Admission: The minimum age required for admission to Class I is Five years. The minimum age at the time of the admission will be calculated as the 31st of March.
Before a pupil is admitted to the school, the admission form must be duly filled in and signed by the parent or guardian.
Payment of fee within 2 days after confirmation of admission. In case of any Non-Compliance, the admission will stand cancelled.
